If you cannot sell yourself, how can you sell anyone anything else? Do not look at this blog as a sales article on how to sell products, but when I refer to “buying things” I mean buying anything you can offer: relationships, work ethics, advice, inventions and anything in the realm of proposals.
People buy you before they buy anything else that comes out of your mouth. Why do you think the largest budget in 99% of companies including movie studios, recording companies etc. is marketing? The answer lies in the need for people to relate and gain your trust.

Boiler Room. His unforgettable speech “Act As If”, is simply put- priceless. I can honestly testify that this is one of the most practical film speeches I have ever had the pleasure to view. The statement itself gives you a powerful impression of an undeserved fortune bought by bullshit, and that is the exact beauty behind it. Your life’s wealth is created in part 50% bullshit, 50% hard work.
